This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, digital purchases, and promotional redemptions are handled for purchases made through www.whitechakra.com or related White Chakra LLC services.

1. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any original tags or labels attached.

To request a return, please contact us before mailing any item back.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

Digital products, downloads, access codes, online content, and similar digital items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once delivered or accessed, unless required by applicable law.

3. SERVICES & EVENT-RELATED PURCHASES

Services, custom work, event-related purchases, and experience-based offerings are generally final sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. SALE ITEMS

Sale, discounted, promotional, limited-edition, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or required by applicable law.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue.

We may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and item availability.

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. White Chakra LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

8. PROMOTIONAL REDEMPTIONS & GIVEAWAYS

Prizes, giveaways, promotional redemptions, complimentary items, and contest-related rewards have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
